Announcement!

Berkeley Friends Meeting is very excited to announce the appointment of our very first
Preston Partner
, Floricel Liborio. She will be working with the interfaith movement for human integrity to provide “know your rights” workshops to farmworkers.

In making this appointment, Berkeley Friends Meeting acknowledges our shared concerns and work with the Interfaith Movement, who states:

Welcome the refugee.

Treat the stranger as your own.

Compassion knows no borders.

Love has no walls.

Our solar panels have been installed and are providing energy to our Meetinghouse and the grid! We want to help reduce carbon emissions through our new solar panels—and work to reduce the climate emergency in other ways, also.
